Services Offered

3D CAD Design/Engineering

Using 3D CAD, we can take your 2D pictures and convert them into a 3D model that we can then turn into a physical product meeting the most exacting specifications.

CNC Operator

We offer CNC plasma services. Plasma cutters are versatile and can cut materials up to 1.25 inches thick. We can create a wide range of products, including signs, yard art, outdoor furniture, gates, indoor décor items, wall décor, emblems, fire pits, decorative panels, and sculptures. With the right programming, CNC plasma cutters can produce consistent and high-quality results, with very little margin of error.

Welding/Fabrication

Welding machines, also called welders or welding guns, are used to join metal pieces by melting them with heat and pressure. The machine's heat dissolves the metal, reshaping it or combining with other metals. They're vital in metal fabrication.

We offer both MIG and TIG welding. MIG and TIG welding machines are used for different applications and materials. MIG welding is typically used for thicker materials, TIG for thin. MIG is faster while TIG is more precise and clean.

Press Brake

A press brake, known as a brake press, bends or cuts metal into shapes using a punch and die system. It is functional and versatile, enabling operators to set parameters for coning, material thickness, flange dimensions, angle bends, inside radius, blank size, and more.

Machine Work

Also known as machining, machine work is a manufacturing process that involves removing material from a larger piece of metal to create a desired shape. Machining is also known as subtractive manufacturing. This process can be performed in a variety of ways including drilling, turning, and milling.

Machine work can be used to create parts for tools, machines, and transportation.

Suspension Design/Geometry

Suspension geometry is the geometric arrangement of a suspension system's parts, including the angles and lengths within it.

Suspension geometry is important because it dictates how forces are transmitted from the road to the vehicle, and it keeps the vehicle riding comfortably and handling predictably.
